The site is a personal portal on the Internet. Largely, it contains links and information found useful in a number of life activities.
If the site appears not to be working to you it may be that: A JavaScript enabled browser is required, with pop-ups enabled for this site, so that the selection boxes can pop up a window containing the selected item.
We do not use tracking cookies or collect information other than the defaults of the server software. Not that we couldn't. We just don't. We want the mechanics of the site to be helpful and transparent to the user. By definition I am the primary user, and I don't need any of that stuff going on. There are no subscriptions, requests for personal information, pop-under ads, or registration originating from this site.
Format and usability are considered, and graphics are not widely used to better serve people with dialup service. Links are updated or removed when they are found to be stale or invalid. The date of page modification can be found at the bottom of each page.
Participation is welcome, but monitored to achieve a 'family friendly' rating from visitors. Participation means that if you have a few URL's feel free to send them with a note.
Advertising space is available. Contact webmaster at (this domain) to inquire about advertising space. Generally, ads must be family friendly and directly related to page content.
Donations are invited, because who doesn't like to receive money for their work. If you ever wanted to get on a short list, then this would be the place. Donations last year (2008) totaled $0. Donations in 2009 - $0.
